I am a Graphic Designer turned Nutrition student who hopes to have a Master's degree by May 2012, and be a Registered Dietitian soon after. I have found that my new life is more fulfilling and as creative as my old one. I don't miss it one bit. I have been a vegetarian since I was 8. I am a messy eater and messier cook, but was once told that means I'm having more fun. I like to futz with recipes, sew, knit, cook, take purdy pictures, ect.
